Shipping & Delivery

Big R fills and ships orders directly from our stores. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days — please allow time for our team to process and pack your order in addition to the carrier's transit time. You may receive multiple packages to complete your order.

Select your preferred store at the top of the page before placing your order. You'll be prompted to choose a pickup date and time at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready — please do not come to the store before receiving that notification.

We offer delivery from select store locations. Use the delivery calculator to see if your address is eligible, then contact your local store for more information.

Available in select locations. To check eligibility, use the search function on the product page for the item you'd like delivered. If same-day delivery is available in your area, simply check out as normal and select "Same Day Delivery" at shipping.
