Big R's Frequent Buyer Programs are a terrific way to save on food you need for all your animals. For each bag of eligible food you buy, you earn your way towards free food or other rewards. Each program is unique, we have included the rules and regulations below to make your shopping experience a bit easier.
How do I claim my free food or other rewards?
All claims must be redeemed in-store at your local Big R upon successful completion of your selected program's rules and regulations. Unfortunately, free bags and other rewards cannot be fullfilled on bigronline.com. No exceptions will be made.
Does food bought on bigronline.com qualify for my Frequent Buyer Program?
If you bought eligible food on bigronline.com that was shipped or picked up in-store, your purchase will qualify. Everyone with a loyalty account is automatically eligible and enrolled for all frequent buyer programs.
How long does it take to activate my account?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your purchase details to be viewable on your Loyalty Insider Account.
