Stores are open 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday and 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Sunday

Do you have a frequent buyer program?

Yes! As a thank you for being a loyal shopper, we offer Big R Insiders the chance to earn even more with the frequent buyer program from many of our top vendors. Whether you purchase online or in stores it all adds up to you getting free goods. Join our loyalty club HERE

Do you offer a Military Discount?

Big R is proud to support our military. Everyday, enlisted and veteran military personnel with valid ID will receive 5% off their purchase of clothing and footwear and 3% off everything else at Big R. This discount applies to regularly priced items only. We also offer a verified Military Insider program that allows you to shop online and receive your discount. Do you offer a Senior Citizen Discount?

Yes! Every second Tuesday of the month is Senior Tuesday. On this day, customers 62 and older with a valid government issued ID will receive up to 10% off their purchase. Available in stores only

Do you offer price matching?

Big R will match pricing at stores for local (not online) and legitimate competitors. Items must be exact brand, make, model. We will match regular or sale pricing, but not match clearance, closeout or similar typed pricing. Please see your local store for more information and be sure to provide the advertisement you want matched.

Do you offer special orders?

We have access to 100,000+ items that we don't regularly stock on our shelves, please contact your local store manager for more information about what we can order for you.

Do you offer Layaway?

Yes! Layaway is available in store at all of our locations. Terms are 25% down, and no opening fee. You will have 90 days to complete final payment and pick up. All orders not picked up within 90 days are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Please visit your local store for more information.
