Can I return my purchase
bigr.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

If there is a Big R retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for an exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with the product(s). You can print a copy of your order by signing into bigronline.com and visiting your order history page.

On the return slip (included with your purchase or get a copy here) please ensure to check the reason you are returning the item(s) and send the slip back in with the product.
How to ship your return or exchange?
Bigr.com strongly recommends that all return shipments are trackable. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment. Include a copy of your packing slip, email confirmation, or a printed copy of your order with the package.

Returns will be processed at the home office within 48 hours of recieving. If the item is deemed re-sellable, the full amount of your purchase (less an shipping and handling) will be refunded to you within 2 weeks.

Can I return or exchange a clearance item?
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
Guidelines and restrictions
Power equipment items such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, air conditioners, power washers, compressors, and generators are not returnable. These items must go through the manufacturer's warranty for repair.
Can I request a return online?
Yes! Please sign in to your account (you must have an account prior to purchase & placed your order while signed in.). You can find the order under the orders tab, then click RETURN ITEMS. Let us know what you would like to return and the reason for the return/exchange. Please add any information you think might be helpful in the comments section. Click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST.
