All sales are final on clearance items, ammo, firearms, and power equipment.
BigRonline.com gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition — tags attached, original packaging intact, unwashed, and unworn.

Boots: May be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, walk only on carpeted areas until you're sure they fit correctly.
Return to a Big R store
Bring your online purchase to any Big R retail location for an exchange or refund. You must bring a printed copy of your order along with the product(s).

Return by mail
Include your completed return slip (included with your order, or download one here) and check the reason for your return. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot assist with lost returns without a tracking number.

  1. Sign in to your BigRonline.com account
  2. Go to the Orders tab and find your order
  3. Click Return Items
  4. Select items, reason, and any helpful comments
  5. Click Submit Return Request
You must have had an account and been signed in at the time of purchase to use this option.
Refund timeline
Returns are processed at our home office within 48 hours of receiving your item. If the item is deemed resalable, a full refund (less any original shipping and handling) will be issued within 2 weeks.
Items must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unscuffed, and have original tags to be considered resalable.
