Big R will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit. Merchandise must be in as-new condition with original tags, packaging intact, unwashed and unworn. You must have proof of purchase for all cash returns. If you do not have a receipt, the return will be made for the lowest sale price and for in store credit only. Big R does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in the material or workmanship, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Big R strongly recommends all return shipments be made by FedEx or USPS to take advantage of the tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment. Include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.

We dont accept returns on clearance items.
Guidelines and restrictions
Power equipment items such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, air conditioners, power washers, compressors, and generators are not returnable. These items must go through the manufacturer's warranty for repair.
Can I request a return online?
Yes! Please sign in to your account (you must have an account prior to purchase & placed your order while signed in.). You can find the order under the orders tab, then click RETURN ITEMS.
