Usage Instructions

• Horses: Apply 3–6" layer for fresh stalls; spot clean and replenish a few times weekly
• Small animals: Cover appropriately; spot clean and replenish twice weekly or as needed
• Bedding continues absorbing over time, allowing longer intervals between full clean-outs
• Misting can activate absorption for enhanced performance

Cleaning Tips

Hemp bedding maintains its shape and does not turn to muck when saturated. Spot cleaning soiled areas and replacing only whatâ€s needed makes full stall stripping less frequent and more economical over time.

Disposal

Hemp hurd is tannin-free with a neutral pH. It can be composted immediately or added directly to soil, unlike wood shavings that require composting to break down acids. Also safe for disposal with regular waste.
